We advertise in suitable local print media, including such titles as Property Review, London Agents, Sloane Square, The Resident. We also circulate details to registered applicants, to relocation agents and embassies and to other letting agents with whom we co-operate on a sub-agency basis, to widen the net for interested tenants as far as possible.
Viewings will be accompanied and we will keep you informed of market conditions and the response to viewings. We will submit offers to you and negotiate rent and terms on your behalf. On agreeing a tenancy we will prepare the tenancy agreement and obtain references. We will arrange for inventory checks and transfer of utilities.
Our service also includes, where appropriate,- Collecting and forwarding rent to the landlords account.
