Brompton is at home in the City, with its origins in the square mile. Twenty years ago precursor company Brompton Land plc was set up by a group of investment banker investors and one of the founder directors of BL, Ian Shelley, has been MD of Brompton Ltd since 2003.

Brompton's senior management are ex-City bankers

	Managing Director Ian Shelley qualified as a chartered accountant, working at Deloitte then Cazenove & Co as an investment analyst. Ian had several years' experience in corporate finance in the banking/finance sector, and later worked in Asian emerging markets. A Belgravia and Chelsea property owner for 25 years, for the last 7 years Ian has been full-time MD of Brompton Ltd.
	Sales Manager James Baring started his career in the City at Baring Bros. James moved into property and has over 25 years' experience in prime West London sales, managing offices for John D Wood and Douglas & Gordon before joining Brompton to head up the sales team. In his spare time James plays in a band - The New Forbidden - with Loyd Grossman.

We are situated in the heart of the City, at 14 Nicholas Lane, between King William Street and Cannon Street, just 50 yards from Monument station. We are open from 10 am until 8 pm in the evening.
